1. We delivery our production to any country in Europe Union (all production) and with special agreement also to other countries outside borderlines of EU. After realizing of the payment we as soon as possible shiping the goods by specified before way.
2. Delivery of goods that are not in the stock, is carried out within time limit specified in the previosly signed by booth sides sales contract. Usually it can take not more than 3 weeks, unless stated otherwise in the prior agreement in the signed in contract. The goods are delivered by airmail, courier services (DPD, UPS, DHL, Feedex), or by self pickup, with your autorised agent or transport company. The goods also can be shipped via fast delivery with express courier services (extra payment). Also you can propose us your own way.
3. Packages are generally dispatched within 2-3 laboral days after receipt of payment and are shipped via selected courier with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer fast delivery with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
4. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
5. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
